Guide to the New Zendure Forum Web
Welcome to the new Zendure Forum!
The Web version of the Forum has been updated across content browsing, filtering, search, post creation, interactions, and user profiles. The goal is to make it easier for you to find the information you need, take part in community discussions, and discover content relevant to your country and region.
This guide provides a quick overview of the new Forum and explains how to use its main features.
Get to Know the New Forum Web
On the Forum homepage, you’ll find several main areas:
Top Navigation Bar
This gives you quick access to commonly used sections such as Announcement, Product Manuals, and Campaigns. Through Discover more, you can quickly visit the Zendure website and Zendure’s official Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts. You can also access Search, Notifications, your profile, and switch between country sites.
Important Notice Bar
This displays information such as software/firmware updates and other important notices. Some notices are clickable and will take you directly to the relevant page for more details.
Banner
This displays marketing content such as new products, brand content, promotions, and Forum campaigns. It corresponds to the banner at the top of the Zendure Forum in the app.
Four Main Content Sections
Located in the right sidebar, these sections provide quick access to official information, product guides, user-shared content, and professional reviews. They correspond to the four main content sections in the Zendure Forum in the app.
Discussion Area
This is the main discussion area of the Zendure Forum. Here, you can browse posts, filter content, switch between All / My feed, and open individual posts to join discussions.
Help & Feedback
Located at the bottom of the right sidebar, this area gives you access to the Forum guide and policy, as well as Forum Feedback, where you can share your feedback with us.
Browse and Discover Content You’re Interested In
The new Forum offers several ways to find content.
If you want to browse and discover content that interests you, you can use the four main content sections, My feed, and tag filters, or adjust the sorting to browse the discussion area in the order that works best for you.
If you already know what you’re looking for, you can use Search directly.
2.1 Quickly Access Common Content from the Top Navigation
The top navigation provides several shortcuts that take you directly to the corresponding content:
Announcement: View official announcements from Zendure
Product Manuals: Find product guides
Campaigns: View previous Forum campaigns
Discover more: Access other Zendure pages, including the Zendure website and Zendure’s official social media accounts
2.2 Browse the Four Main Content Sections
In the right sidebar of the homepage, you’ll find the Forum’s four main content sections:
Official Info Center
Here you can find official content from Zendure, such as official announcements, campaigns, and FAQs.
Beginner’s Guide
Here you can find guides and other helpful content for different product models, as well as hardware and software products.
User Community
Here you can find authentic, knowledgeable, and worthwhile community content shared by Forum users and selected and reposted by administrators.
Expert Evaluations
Here you can find in-depth reviews from recognized media outlets, KOL reviews, and similar content.
After opening one of these sections, you can continue exploring relevant content through the different categories within that section.
Some commonly used categories are also directly accessible from the top navigation, including Announcement, Product Manuals, and Campaigns.
2.3 Use All and My feed
The discussion area provides two different content feeds:
All
Here you can browse all discussions on the Forum. If you want to discover what the community has been discussing recently, this is a good place to start.
My feed
Here you can find content related to your activity on the Forum, including posts you’ve published, liked, or participated in.
Simply click the corresponding option to switch between the two feeds.
2.4 Filter Content with Tags
If there are many posts under All or My feed, you can narrow down the results using Filter on the right.
You can expand different categories and select the products, topics, or other tags you’re interested in, then click Apply filters to display the matching results.
If you regularly use the same combination of tags, you can use Create new tag group to create and save your own combination for future use.
If you want to start filtering again, click Clear all to remove all currently selected tags.
Filter: Forum homepage → Filter → select tags → Apply filters
Save a frequently used filter: Create new tag group → select your preferred tags → Save
Start filtering again: Filter → Clear all → select tags again → Apply filters
💡 How multiple selected tags work:
When you select multiple tags, the Forum displays posts that match at least one of the selected tags.
Example: You select SolarFlow + PowerHub + Tech Talk.
You’ll see posts related to SolarFlow OR PowerHub OR Tech Talk.
2.5 Change How Posts Are Sorted
You can also change the order in which posts appear in the discussion area—for example, to see posts with the most recent interactions, the most recently published posts, content with more likes and interactions, or currently popular discussions first.
Latest: Shows posts with the most recent interactions first. These may be newly published posts or older posts that have recently received new comments.
Newest: Shows the most recently published posts first.
Top: Shows content with more likes and interactions first.
Hot: Shows content that has recently received more attention first.
Path: Homepage → discussion area → select the post sorting option in the upper-right corner
Search for Posts or Users
If you already know what you’re looking for, you can use Search at the top of the page.
You can search two types of content:
Content
Search for posts on the Forum.
Users
Search for Forum users.
The search field also displays your recent searches, making it easier to find content you’ve searched for before.
Please note: The Search page does not carry over the tag filters or sorting settings you configured in the discussion area on the homepage. If needed, set them again in the search results.
3.1 Search for Posts
In the search results, you can view posts that match your keyword and use sorting options such as Relevance or Latest to find the content you’re looking for.

There you can view:
the post title and tags
the full post content
the post status, such as Pinned / Push to front page
comments and replies
likes and other interaction information
Some posts may also display a special status such as Solved. This means that, in this Help Request, a reply has been marked as Helpful by the post author or a Forum moderator or administrator, indicating that a helpful solution has been provided.

In addition to the post author, Forum moderators and administrators can also mark a helpful reply as Helpful.
Path: Open the post → find the helpful comment → click Helpful
6.5 Report Inappropriate Content

Zendure Forum Rules
About the Zendure Forum
The Zendure Forum is an open space for Zendure users, home energy enthusiasts, developers, and other community members.
Here, you can share product experiences and technical knowledge, provide feedback, ask for help, solve problems, and discuss home energy technologies, guides, and regulations. You can also explore the future of home energy and participate in Zendure community activities, product testing, and co-creation projects.
We aim to build a respectful, helpful, honest, relevant, and safe community. When using the Zendure Forum, you must follow these Forum Rules and any other applicable terms and policies governing Zendure services.
Our five core principles:
Be Respectful — Treat others with respect.
Be Helpful — Share contributions that genuinely help others.
Be Honest — Share genuine experiences and do not intentionally mislead others.
Stay Relevant — Keep discussions relevant to home energy, Zendure products, or the topic at hand whenever possible.
Stay Safe — Do not encourage dangerous actions that could cause injury, damage equipment, or violate the law.
Unless otherwise stated, "user content" under these rules includes posts, comments, replies, images, links, profile information, and any other content submitted or made available by users on the Forum.
Community Conduct and Discussion Rules
2.1 Respect Other Community Members
Opinions, technical solutions, and product experiences may differ significantly. Discuss ideas and content, not the people behind them.
Personal attacks, malicious insults, persistent harassment, intimidation, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content, targeted stalking, deliberately collecting or exposing others' private information (doxxing), encouraging attacks against specific users, and explicit threats of violence are prohibited.
In short:
Discuss what was said, not who said it.
2.2 Honest Negative Feedback and Product Criticism Are Welcome
On the Zendure Forum, users are free to share hardware issues, software bugs, criticism of product design, negative product or customer support experiences, disagreements with Zendure's decisions, and fair comparisons with other solutions.
Negative opinions do not violate these rules simply because they are unfavorable to Zendure or differ from its official position.
Community rules still apply to critical discussions: remain respectful, do not harass others, disclose private information without permission, deliberately fabricate facts, deceive or defraud others, or flood the Forum with repeated identical posts.
2.3 Share Accurate Information and Do Not Intentionally Mislead Others
It is prohibited to impersonate Zendure or another user, falsify official Zendure announcements, test data, or product screenshots to deceive others, distribute phishing links or fraudulent offers, or knowingly spread false information with the intent to mislead.
Disputed facts do not automatically constitute a violation. Users may have different interpretations of product performance, algorithms, electricity prices, features, or technical causes. Such differences may continue to be discussed.
For reports submitted under "False or misleading information", Zendure reviews the content and its context. A statement is not considered a violation solely because it differs from Zendure's official position.
2.4 Stay on Topic and Avoid Spam and Manipulation
Please keep your contributions as relevant as possible to the ongoing discussion, Zendure products, home energy, or other community-related topics.
The following may be considered spam or community abuse: repeatedly posting identical content or sharing it across multiple sections, posting large numbers of meaningless short replies, distributing automated comments, artificially bumping posts, mentioning numerous unrelated users, publishing bot-generated content, manipulating likes or comments, or creating artificial activity through multiple accounts.
Zendure or moderators may take action, including issuing warnings, against spam, repetitive content, or abusive behavior.
Accounts and User Profiles
3.1 Use Your Account Responsibly
Register and use your account lawfully, protect your login credentials, and take responsibility for activities carried out through your account.
It is prohibited to impersonate Zendure staff, moderators, or other users; buy or sell accounts; access another person's account without authorization; create accounts in bulk using bots; create multiple accounts to evade restrictions; or use multiple accounts to manipulate discussions, likes, community activities, or rewards.
You can report suspicious accounts using "Report" or bring them to Zendure's attention through "Forum Feedback".
3.2 User Profiles and Public Information
Depending on the available Forum features, you may set your display name, profile picture, signature, and the visibility of certain information.
Your profile information must not impersonate others, contain offensive material, infringe third-party rights, or be used for spam, fraud, or other violations of these rules.
Technical Discussions, Safety, and Third-Party Solutions
4.1 In-Depth Technical Discussions Are Welcome
The Zendure Forum encourages in-depth discussions about solar PV, energy storage, batteries, home energy management systems (HEMS), Home Assistant, application programming interfaces (APIs), smart meters, dynamic electricity tariffs, energy automation, and residential electrical installations.
Technical exchange and experimentation are part of our community. Safety must always come first.
Encouraging clearly dangerous practices is prohibited. This includes bypassing critical safety protections, disassembling batteries under unsafe conditions, disabling overvoltage, overcurrent, or temperature protections, providing instructions for dangerous high-voltage work to unqualified individuals, making illegal grid connections, sharing methods for unlawfully controlling other people's devices, or distributing malicious firmware or software.
For content that could lead to electric shock, fire, injury, or serious equipment damage, Zendure or moderators may add safety warnings, restrict visibility, hide the content, or remove it.
4.2 Home Assistant, APIs, and Experimental Third-Party Solutions
We welcome discussions about Home Assistant, third-party APIs, user-developed automations, smart home devices from other manufacturers, and experimental configurations.
Solutions that have not been officially confirmed by Zendure must not be presented as official Zendure solutions.
4.3 Community Content Does Not Replace Official Technical Support
Unless content is explicitly identified as "Zendure Official", or moderators explicitly publish or relay it as official information from Zendure, statements made on the Forum generally reflect the personal views of their authors.
When moderators communicate an official Zendure position, they must explicitly label it "Zendure Official Statement". Without this label, their statements are considered personal opinions and do not represent Zendure's official position.
Moderators are authorized by Zendure to help manage the community and may publish or relay certain official information. However, this does not mean that all their personal statements automatically become official statements.
Community content does not automatically replace official Zendure product manuals, safety instructions, Zendure Customer Support, advice from qualified electricians or installers, or applicable local energy and electrical regulations.
For matters involving electrical or personal safety, prioritize applicable local regulations, official Zendure safety instructions, and advice from qualified professionals.
Other Brands, Commercial Content, and Disclosure of Commercial Interests
5.1 Discussions About Other Brands and Products Are Allowed
You may mention, compare, recommend, or analyze other brands, products, and services, provided they are relevant to the discussion or home energy.
Fair comparisons with competing products will not be removed solely because they involve other brands.
However, mass advertising, directing users to sales offers for promotional purposes, affiliate links, mass distribution of referral links, promotional private messages sent to large numbers of users, and advertising disguised as ordinary user contributions are prohibited.
5.2 Commercial Interests Must Be Disclosed
If you discuss products or services with which you have a commercial partnership, sponsorship arrangement, free product arrangement, affiliate relationship, commission arrangement, or employment relationship, you must clearly disclose that relationship.
Example:
"I received this product free of charge for testing."
Transparent disclosure helps other community members understand the context of your contribution and form their own opinions.
Failure to disclose commercial interests as required may result in measures such as hiding content, issuing warnings, or restricting accounts.
Privacy and Personal Safety
It is prohibited to publish another person's detailed home address, phone number, email address, identity information, banking details, private conversations, or account information without permission. Deliberately collecting and distributing other people's private information is also prohibited.
You should also protect your own account and security information. Do not publish Zendure passwords, Wi-Fi passwords, API keys, access tokens, or complete login credentials on the public Forum.
If posts or comments clearly contain private information or data that could compromise the security of accounts, devices, or individuals, Zendure may redact sensitive personal data or access credentials from publicly visible content to meet legal obligations and protect users. Such measures are not limited to hiding entire posts.
Intellectual Property and Original User Content
7.1 Respect Intellectual Property Rights
Only publish text, images, videos, software, diagrams, test materials, and other content if you created them, have the necessary rights, or are legally permitted to use them.
Unauthorized large-scale copying of third-party articles, paid content, copyrighted videos, images, software, or other protected works is prohibited.
When quoting or referencing third-party content, provide the source whenever possible.
7.2 You Retain Your Rights to Your Original Content
You do not lose your legal rights to content you create simply by publishing it on the Zendure Forum.
To operate the Forum, you authorize Zendure, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide community services, to store, display, convert into other formats, technically process, distribute within the Forum, and, where necessary, make your content available in multiple languages.
If Zendure wishes to use portraits, videos, user stories, images, or other content that can identify individuals outside their normal display on the Forum for commercial advertising, brand communications, or paid distribution, Zendure will obtain the permissions or consents required for the intended use.
Zendure Official Accounts, Staff, and Moderators
The following official and administrative roles may appear on the Forum:
Zendure Official / Staff
Zendure employees or official accounts authorized by Zendure.
Moderator
Community moderators authorized by Zendure to help maintain community standards, manage content, handle reports, and support users.
Moderators may also publish or relay certain official information on behalf of Zendure. In such cases, the official nature of the information must be clear from the content or context.
Depending on their permissions, Zendure staff and moderators may delete content, change post tags, pin posts, push posts to the front page, suspend users, handle reports, and perform other moderation actions.
However, this does not give them unrestricted authority to change the original meaning of users' statements. Zendure staff and moderators will not rewrite users' opinions to express different views unless permitted by the platform's features and necessary for community management, safety, legal compliance, or other necessary purposes.
Helpful, Solved, and Community Rewards
9.1 Helpful and Solved
For certain help-request posts, the author, moderators, or other authorized individuals may mark valuable answers as "Helpful".
When a question has been successfully answered, the post may be marked as "Solved".
These labels help community members identify useful answers and resolved questions. However, they do not constitute a Zendure safety certification, product guarantee, legal warranty, or professional installation guarantee for the technical solution concerned.
9.2 ZenWatts and Community Rewards
Certain Forum activities may be associated with ZenWatts, community campaigns, beta testing, or other user rewards.
It is prohibited to obtain points or rewards improperly through mass posting or commenting, multiple accounts, bots, coordinated like exchanges, fabricated content, or other abusive activities.
In cases of confirmed abuse, Zendure may revoke the relevant rewards in accordance with the applicable ZenWatts or campaign rules.
Reporting Content That Violates the Rules or the Law
10.1 Using the Report Function
If you believe a post or comment is problematic, you can report it to Zendure using "Report".
The following report reasons are currently available:
Off-topic
Offensive or inappropriate
False or misleading information
Spam or advertising
Privacy or personal information
Other
The number of reports alone does not mean that content violates the Forum Rules. Zendure reviews the content and its context.
10.2 Potentially Illegal Content
You can also use "Report" to notify Zendure about content you believe may be illegal.
Where possible, provide the relevant content or link, the reasons you believe it is illegal, relevant facts, any known legal grounds, and the contact information necessary to process the report.
Zendure handles such reports based on the information provided and applicable law.
How Zendure Moderates the Forum
11.1 Possible Moderation Actions
Depending on the nature and severity of an issue, Zendure or authorized moderators may take appropriate action.
For content, these measures may include changing post tags, adding notices or safety warnings, removing duplicate, unwanted, or rule-violating content, restricting visibility, and redacting private or sensitive information.
For user accounts, measures may include reminders, warnings, restricting communication functions, and, in serious cases, permanently restricting access to the Forum.
We aim to ensure that moderation measures are proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.
11.2 Immediate Stricter Action May Be Taken in Serious Cases
In particularly serious cases, Zendure may take stricter action immediately, without prior reminders or warnings.
Examples include clear fraud, malware, serious threats of violence, significant privacy violations, illegal content, large-scale automated spam, malicious attacks on Zendure's or third-party systems, and repeatedly creating new accounts to evade suspensions.
11.3 Context Is Considered During Moderation
When reviewing content or user behavior, we consider the original content, the full discussion context, the user's conduct, and other relevant circumstances wherever possible.
This includes whether the incident is a first or repeated occurrence, potential safety risks, and the impact on other users.
The number of reports alone is not decisive in determining whether a violation has occurred.
11.4 In Cases of Significant Restrictions
When Zendure imposes significant restrictions on a user's posts, comments, or account, we provide the affected user with relevant information where required by law.
This includes the affected content or account, the action taken, the main reasons for the decision, the Forum Rules relied upon, and, in cases involving illegal content, the applicable legal grounds.
External Links
The Forum may contain external links shared by users or other third parties.
When visiting external websites, their own terms of use, privacy policies, and security rules also apply.
Zendure cannot guarantee that content on all third-party websites is always accurate or safe. Please exercise caution when opening external links.
If you discover phishing, malicious, or other suspicious links, please report them using "Report".
The platform reserves the right to remove malicious or phishing links posted by users.
Forum Feedback
If you have comments or suggestions about the Forum Rules, moderators, Forum features, the tag system, or community activities, you can share them with us through "Forum Feedback".
This feature is primarily intended for feedback on the Forum and the overall community experience.
For specific violations in posts or comments, please use the Report function on the relevant content.
Updates to the Forum Rules
Zendure may update these Forum Rules from time to time in response to changes in product features, the Forum, applicable laws and regulations, or risks within the community.
If you do not accept the updated rules, you may stop using the Forum.
If changes significantly affect users' rights or obligations, we will notify users through appropriate channels, such as Announcements, Forum notifications, or account notifications.
